Tera Ann Easter married Richard Walker on 14 January 1836 at Limestone County, Alabama.³ Tera Ann Easter married Andrew Coffman Legg on 22 October 1847 at Limestone County, Alabama.³ Tera Ann Easter died on 16 December 1852 at Limestone County, Alabama, at age 35; Terry Ann Easter Walker Legg died in childbirth. Her infant child lived 2 hours and then died also.⁴ She was buried on 18 December 1852 at Antioch Cemetery, Elkmont, Limestone County, Alabama, USA.⁵
     As of 14 January 1836,her married name was Walker. As of 22 October 1847,her married name was Legg.

     Terah E Easter was born in 1843 at Limestone County, Alabama, USA.¹ She was the daughter of Azmond Rucker Easter and Margaret C. The Franklin Co., Georgia book of deeds for 1784 to 1826 lists the following transactions: 15 Nov 1806 - Joseph Howard, who had married Sophia, sold Sophia's one-third interest in the land (134 acres) to Jasper Smith, who had married Tere, for $ 75.00. The deed conveying the land from Joseph Howard to Jasper Smith was not recorded for two years. Franklin County, Georgia Book of Deeds 1806, page 18 The deed was recorded on 10 Aug 1808 on the occasion of Jasper Smith's selling both the 134 acres bought from Joseph Howard (Sophy's portion) and the 134 acres from Tere's inheritance to a Charles Ingram for a total of $100.00 Franklin County Georgia Book of Deeds 1808, page 20,21.

     Thaddeus Easter was born in 1867 at Texas, USA.¹ He was the son of Thomas Texas Easter Sr. and Sarah Paralee Grant.¹ Thaddeus Easter died in 1870 at Texas, USA.¹

Easter was [CD] on 2 June 1880 at Monroe County, Mississippi; Working as a farmer.⁵ He and Mary Amanda Wood appeared on the census of 2 June 1880 at Sup Dist 1, Enumeration District 128, Beat # 3, Monroe County, Mississippi.⁶ Thomas J. Easter was listed in the Soul's Chapel Church as member number 3 which probably means he was one of the founding members.⁷

     Thomas T Easter was born in 1907. He was the son of Thomas Texas Jr Easter and Martha Ada Love. Thomas T Easter died in 1960.

     Thomas Texas Jr Easter was born on 11 April 1877 at Franklin, Robertson County, Texas.¹ He was the son of Thomas Texas Easter Sr. and Sarah Paralee Grant. Thomas Texas Jr Easter married Martha Ada Love. The death certificate of Thomas Texas Easter, Jr. states that he was widowed and a retired Dry Goods Merchant who died of lung carcinoma in St. Mary's Hospital.²

     Thomas Texas Easter Sr. was born on 26 July 1839 at Limestone County, Alabama.¹ He was the son of Champion Dorcas Easter and Sarah Paralee Grant. Thomas Texas Easter Sr. married Sarah Paralee Grant on 3 July 1860 at Robertson County, Texas.¹ Thomas Texas Easter Sr. died on 28 November 1927 at Lorenzo, Crosby County, Texas, at age 88.¹ He was buried on 1 December 1927 at Lorenzo, Crosby County, Texas.¹
     Thomas Texas Easter Sr. and Andrew Coffman Legg lived on 3 July 1852 at Limestone County, Alabama; A Power of Attorney was entered from Sacksville R. Easter of Cherokee Co., Texas, guardian of Champion D. Easter's minor children (William C; Thomas T; John C; Ann F; and James J. Easter ) to Andrew C. Legg. Andrew C. Legg was the husband of Champion Dorcas Easter's sister, Terry Ann Easter Legg, who still resided in Limestone County, Alabama. The supposition is that while Sacksville, who lived in Texas, was the legal guardian of the children, the children actually lived in Limestone County, Alabama with their Aunt and Uncle, Andrew and Terry Easter Legg.²

     Thurston P. Easter was born in 1916 at Monroe County, Mississippi. He was the son of Lewis Elbert Easter.

     Torrance Albert Easter was born on 25 March 1922 at Limestone County, Alabama. He was the son of Albert Lee Easter and Effie Maybell Legg. Torrance Albert Easter died on 16 October 1964 at Limestone County, Alabama, at age 42. He was buried on 19 October 1964 at Dement Cemetery, Athens, Limestone County, Alabama.

     Van Buren Easter was born on 20 February 1871 at Whitney Hill, Texas, USA.¹ He was the son of William L. Easter and Mary Elizabeth Henderson.¹ Van Buren Easter married Terrah Jane East on 24 November 1895 at Tarrant County, Texas.¹ Van Buren Easter died on 8 May 1940 at Ft. Worth, Tarrant, Texas, USA, at age 69.¹

     Vera Easter was born in 1910 at Monroe County, Mississippi. She was the daughter of David Buckner Easter and Margaret Maria Simmons. Vera Easter married Cullie Blair.

     Viola Easter was born on 22 September 1874 at Monroe County, Mississippi. She was the daughter of John Bunyan Easter and Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzie" Edge. Viola Easter married Walter A.      William Easter was born circa 1653 at Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire, England. He married Mary Grant circa 1669 at Princess Anne County, Virginia. William Easter died circa July 1732 at Princess Anne County, Virginia. His estate was probated on 2 August 1732 at Princess Anne County, Virginia; Princess Anne: - At a court held the 2nd of August, 1732, the above last will of William Easter, dec'd, was presented in court by his executrix who made oath thereto and being proved by the oaths of all the witnesses thereto is admitted to record.

     William Easter immigrated in 1663; William Easter immigrated to Virginia sometime in early 1663. He was mentioned in a land grant to Andrew Robinson and Peleg Dunstand who received 30 acres, more or less, in Surry County, Virginia, on 20 July 1663.

The grant was given in return for the transportation of seven persons; WILLIAM EASTER, John Rowell, John Smith, Sarah Adimore, Daniel Prichard, Samuel Elery and Henry Garrard.

     In the name of God Amen:

     I, WILLIAM EASTER, of Princess Anne County, being sick and weak in body but of sound & perfect memory, ye Lord be praised for it, and calling to mind this transitory life and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die and after death to judgement, I commend my soul unto the hands of Almighty God and most merciful Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, who hath redeemed it in the full hope and assurance of the general resurrection at the last day and my body to the dust from whence first it was taken, to be buried in Such Decent and Christian manner as shall be to the discretion of my executors, hereafter named, and as touching my worldly goods wherewith it hath pleased God Almighty to bless me with, I do dispose of the manner following, viz:

     ITEM - I give and bequeath unto my son, Thomas Easter, one young horse colt of 1 year old, one hand mill, and one gun, but my wife to have the use of the mill and horse during her widowhood.

     ITEM - I give and bequeath to my daughter, Frances Easter, one mare called Mad One and one box iron but my wife to have the use of them while she remains a widow.

     ITEM - I give and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Easter, one small quilted trunk. To her I give the same as others.

     ITEM - I give and bequeath to my loving wife, Mary Easter, the use of all the rest of my goods, chattels, and residue; remain and remainder of my estate, both within doors and without, that is not before given and bequeathed, during her widowhood and afterwards to be divided among she and nine children being: Thomas, Frances, Mary, Jacomin, John, William, Samuel, Abraham, AND James Easter.

     I nominate and appoint my dear and loving wife, Mary Easter, the whole and sole executor of this, my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixed my seal the day and year first above written.
